What is new at your library?
What is the consensus on late fees on items from other libraries? GFP is now fine free, and we occasionally see late fees on items from other libraries on our patrons' records. While I am hesitant to waive them, I'm also hesitant to collect money for other libraries.
Discussion on lowering the request expiration from 365 days to something shorter. Would you consider setting it to 90 days? Thoughts?
